Shipping & Returns Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best experience and customer service. 

We accept returns or exchanges on all inventoried merchandise. The return shipping cost will
be paid by Mavich Branding Group if the item is being returned/exchanged as a result of our error. Please see the policy bullet points below:

Returns or Exchanges related to sizing or any issue outside of our control must be within 30 days upon delivery date.

If items have been worn or washed, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

  • All items will be reviewed and determined if a return or exchange is applicable.
  • All shipping costs and restocking fees for the exchange are paid by the customer.

Returns or Exchanges for damaged or defective merchandise must be within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Mavich Branding Group will absorb all costs for this exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMA #)

  • Contact Mavich Branding Group E-commerce Support at 682.503.4484
  • Please have your order number handy.
  • Please provide a reason for return, exchange, or store refund.
  • Mavich Branding Group will issue you an RMA #

Step 2: Return the Merchandise

Please ship the merchandise in the original packaging.

Reference your RMA # on the packing slip and include the RMA# inside the package or written on the package.
You are responsible for the shipping of return items, so we recommend you use a carrier that provides a tracking number. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
